Does Guacamole offer authentic Mexican food?
A: Yes! We come from the land of the taco and we use authentic recipes in all our dishes so you can enjoy mexican food as if you were eating in Mexico. Some dishes were adapted to the European palate.
Can I find Tex Mex food at Guacamole?
A: No, we do not offer any dish you would find in a Tex-Mex restaurant.
Does Guacamole prepare all its products?
A: Yes, our kitchen is always working to offer you freshly made meats, veggies, and sauces every day.
Are all the dishes you offer spicy?
A: No. Although we love spicy food, we know that is not for everyone. That’s why you can choose from a large variety of dishes and our assortment of homemade sauces, going from mild to extra spicy and enjoy them as you want.
Do you offer vegan dishes?
A: Yes, we have a special selection of vegan dishes for everyone. We are conscious about the importance of consuming less meat, that’s why we are committed to offering meat alternatives and shifting the consumption of meat to lower levels.
Are all dishes served with cilantro?
A: You decide !! Cilantro is a very important ingredient in Mexican cuisine, however, you can choose to order your meals without cilantro in case you don’t like it.
Do you have options for kids?
A: Yes we do! we offer three finished menus for kids to enjoy. We recommend the kid’s quesadilla, your little ones will love it!

How can I order Online?
A: visit our online shop and order directly from your smart phone or computer.
Does Guacamole deliver?
A: we started our delivery service at the beginning of 2020 and haven’t stopped delivering your favorite dishes directly to your door.
How do I know if I am within the guacamole delivery area?
A: We deliver mainly in a 2,5 km radius. You can type your address in our online shop and see if you are in it.
Can I pay with cash when Guacamole delivers?
A: We deliver contactless, therefore we do not accept payments in cash. You can always pay with cash when you order directly at our store.
Who should I contact if I have delivery issues?
A: If you placed your order through our online shop (link), our team is ready to help, call us +49 (0)941 20908700 and we will try to solve any issue.
Can I schedule my delivery/pick-up time?
A: You can always choose the time you want your meal to be delivered or picked up directly from the online shop.
Can I cancel my mobile or online order after I’ve submitted it?
A: As soon as your order is placed, we will start preparing your meals so it is kind of a challenge to get it canceled. However, we will try to find a solution, so just contact us as fast as possible

What is Guacamole Return Policy?
A: If there is a problem or you don’t like your meal, please let us know. We will try to cook it again or change it for another dish. This applies only to dine-in at our restaurant.
